Photoshop Practice
Recently my friend commented on how colorless my skin tone looks on every single painting I do... So I've been changing it on my paintings but I've never tried it on photoshop before.
Well, here it is! :)

The frilliness of the model really drew me in, that's why I chose her over the guy model.
It was fun because I rarely work with variety with colors.

This is my tryout on Corel Painter. I have never used it before and was exploring...

Hedgehog
I went to a petshop with my friend the other day and had a wonderful pleasure of meeting this shy fellow.
Again this was taken with my poor iphone 3.
Blue on Chicago

I'm hoping I could get hold of a legit camera sometime...
I took this photo when walking because the car was so beautiful.
It turned out better than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
I black & whited everything except for the car.

Introductions
Hey guys!
I'm ArtsyJin but you can all me Jin!
I am from Korea, but lived in Taiwan for the past 9 years before coming to Chicago to study at SAIC.
I’m interested in making fabric pieces that can be used as a part of every day life. I am obsessed by different shapes and how they can be translated into useful soft fabric objects. My goal is to make these objects so they are functional and used often but are special enough to become something that won’t be forgotten.
Growing up in Taiwan I was fascinated by the small natural shapes I found in my city surroundings. The shapes I’m most attracted to are round and remind me of water droplets, a recurring motif that has found it’s way into my work.
